Build strength, improve flexibility and reconnect with your body through our signature Mat Pilates classes. Using controlled, mindful movements, each class focuses on your core, posture, mobility and full-body strength. Suitable for all fitness levels, our classes offer a supportive and energising workout in a welcoming studio environment.

*Please note ONLY monthly fitness memberships purchased will qualify ONE child to play for free whilst mom trains. Any additional siblings will be required to pay to play.

Single sessions require payment for child/ren to play.
